Welcome to Divine Theme Parties...a Perth based business offerring unique entertainment for Hens Nights, birthday parties, kitchen teas and more.


Our parties provide a taste of Japanese culture in a party environment and are stress-free.  We come to your party venue and "set the scene" by providing shoji screens, Japanese background music, hand fans and parasols.  We provide everything we need except seating and food/drinks for the guests.

Together you will learn about the hidden world of the Geisha as you apply the makeup to become Geisha yourselves.  I will also teach you how to wear kimono and obi and assist you in taking gorgeous photos for you to remember the event.  We encourage the use of our fans, shoji screens and parasols as props in your photos.

We provide two party options:

The Geisha Makeover Party: you and your guests are all madeover using makeup, authentic wigs, kimono and obi to look like Japanese Geisha.  During the transformation, we provide information on Geisha, kimono and Japanese culture.  We help you take fantastic photos with our props.  The cost for this is $40 per person (for 6-9 attendees) or $35 per person (for 10+ attendees)

or

The Geisha Experience, in addition to the makeovers, we also challenge party members with fun games and quiz questions from which they can win prizes (which I provide).  The quiz questions can be about Japan (traditions, customs, items, history, Geisha, language, facts) or you (as the Hen). For example, “where did Sarah and her husband-to-be meet”, “who wears the pants in this relationship”. We also reveal some of the secrets of the Tea Ceremony, as the authentic powdered green tea is prepared for your guests to taste.  Each guest is given a small booklet to keep which provides more information on Geisha and the Hen gets a special keepsake gift from us.  The cost for this is $50 per person (for 6-9 attendees) or $45 per person (for 10+ attendees).

On the day of the party, we arrive 1-1.5 hours prior to set up.  With your permission and that of your guests, we also offer to take photos during the party which we provide to you at no cost on a CD after the event.
